Prenatal Workout - 20 Minute Exercises for Pregnancy app good for
These are good exercises to keep you moving during pregnancy. If you workout a lot, this will not be challenging but will be nice and quick for an "easy" day. I wish the full version came with a short post-natal workout as well.
Ive been looking for a long time something ease and right at home I never thought an app will have all this... Thank you!!

I think this is wonderful for getting some basic guidance through a prenatal workout. Very convenient and user friendly.
I am a fan of workouts in 30 minutes or less, especially being a mom with a second baby on the way. I just finished the first workout from the second trimester set and I am very pleased with the ease of use and effectiveness. Feels like I just did a great workout at Curves where I usually go!

Some bad moments
Please add different levels of workouts or options to modify and make more difficult for people that are use to working out. Also, the repetitive routine is very boring. Need more exercises. Im only on first trimester and already repetitive moves. Would not have paid for the app if I knew.
I was so excited to see a 20 minutes workout that had five different routines. This app has the same exercises for all the routines they just mix them around. I dont feel like Im doing a new routine. I would just use the free one and not waste money for the 4 additional.
Havent seen anything like this but it is such a great help! My significant other is so happy I found it.
Normally, I dont write reviews for anything but I feel as if this app deserves one. During my first pregnancy, I gained so much weight which took almost 2 years to lose. Now, on my second pregnancy, I researched and looked for exercise methods which would allow me to preserve my pre-pregnancy body. Cant tell you how effective power20 prenatal is! Highly recommended!
Love that the workouts are divided into trimesters! Keeping fit while pregnant can be a challenge, so Im glad I found this app.
As a former college athlete and HIIT lover, I want to stay fit during my pregnancy without spending hours in the gym and/or pushing myself past the limitations of my pregnant body.
This app is perfect and my weight gain is right on track. I am happy, my doctor is happy, and my baby is probably happy too!
I even downloaded the regular app for my husband, who is currently trying to lose some sympathy weight. :P
